Bar Double L Beef is raised by the Lankister family on the Duncan Ranch near Glenrock, Wyoming. Our beef
is processed and packaged at a USDA inspected facility in northern
Colorado. They are also a family run operation and do an excellent job
for us. Our beef is dry aged for at least 14 days and then expertly cut,
vacuum packaged and flash frozen to preserve freshness. Our steaks are
usually 1 - 1 1/4 inches thick and packaged 2 per package. Ground beef
is in one pound packages. Roasts are approximately 3-4 pounds each.

A perfect assortment of beef to fit in your above/beside the fridge
freezer. This package includes:
5 ~ 1 lb. packages of ground beef
2 ~ Ribeye or New York Steaks
1 ~ 3-4 lb. Rump, Chuck or Round Roast

Family Pack
A larger assortment of cuts come in this package that is great for a
family or anyone who loves our beef but doesn't have a lot of freezer
space. It generally includes:
7-10 ~ 1 lb
packages of ground beef
2 ~ 3-4 pound roasts
1 ~ brisket or flank steak
2 ~ Sirloin Steaks
1 ~ Sirloin Tip Steak
2 ~ New York or Ribeye Steaks

Quarters and Halves
You get about 90-100 pounds of beef in a quarter and twice that in a
half. We have limited availability in our current inventory. But during
the growing season, the wait is not long! If you know that you'll want
one this season you may reserve your quarter now for $50, or your half
for $100.

delivery to Glenrock, Casper or Douglas, add $0.50 per mile delivery to

What's A CSA?
CSA is an acronym for Community Supported Agriculture. A CSA is a way
you can show your support and commitment to local agriculture, and get
delicious healthy food in return. Bar Double L Beef now has a CSA
option for our customers.
Each share of our CSA is $55 per month and you may purchase more than
one share. For each share you will receive approximately 10 pounds of
Bar Double L Beef in an assortment that includes ground beef, roasts,
and steaks. you can pay on a month to month basis, but if you prepay
for 6 months we will give you 10% off your share price! Your share
will be delivered to you at the beginning of each month, or it can be
picked up at the ranch. During Farmer's Market season, you may choose
for us to bring your share to the Downtown, Tuesday evening, market,
or the Saturday morning market. CSA shares will be brought to market
on the first market day of each month.

have partnered with the wonderful folks at Grant Family Farms in
Wellington, Colorado to make our delicious beef easily available
to our Colorado, and Southern Wyoming customers. Just click on
over to their website, select "Food Shares" and then "Meat
Items". You do not have to be a member of their awesome organic
vegetable CSA to order our grassfed beef, but we highly recommend
it, YUM!!
